Better Life for Seniors is a non-profit organization registered with the Canadian federal government, striving in providing services to community members with a focus on the elderly.

Our purpose is to help middle-aged and elderly people and female immigrants adapt to life in Canada, integrate into the Canadian multicultural environment, understand Canadian laws and regulations, increase middle-aged and elderly people's participation in community activities, improve and enhance their quality of life, and prevent Alzheimer’s disease and depression.

At the same time, we also provide a platform for young people to volunteer and get to know the elders. The platform is open to all members who are willing to share Chinese culture and heritage, and are interested in learning about and participating in community activities. It serves the Greater Toronto Area. All events are hosted and taught by experienced professionals.

Better Life for Seniors has been carrying out activities for nearly ten years before registration, including singing, fitness dance for the elderly, artistic dance for the middle-aged and elderly, Tai Chi, line dance, reading and recitation courses, computer software training courses, wellness seminars, social chats, etc. We have a group of enthusiastic volunteers serving about 200 active members most of whom are over 60 years old. We also often perform at nursing homes in the Toronto area.

For more than ten years, we have maintained communication and cooperation with various social groups, enriched Canada's multicultural life, and made numerous middle-aged and elderly people happy and helped them become healthier and stronger.

We will continue to do our best to serve the middle-aged and elderly so that more and more elderly people can stay active, happy, healthy, and have a happy and joyful senior life.
